By purchasing any service from SculptByKas, you agree to the following terms:
1. PaymentAll services require full payment upfront before any plans or support are delivered.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
All sales are final due to the custom nature of the service.2. Delivery & Turnaround TimeYou will receive your custom plan within 3–5 business days after completing your consultation and making payment (unless otherwise stated).
You'll be notified by message and email once your plan is ready.3. RevisionsEach plan includes the specified number of free revisions (see service description).
Revisions must be requested within 7 days of receiving your plan.
Any major changes (e.g., new goal, full restructure) may incur an additional fee.4. Client ResponsibilityYou are responsible for following your plan safely and listening to your body.
You must consult a doctor or healthcare professional before starting any fitness program, especially if you have pre-existing conditions or injuries.
SculptByKas is not liable for any injuries or health issues sustained while following a plan.5. Progress SharingNo photos, results, or feedback will be shared publicly without your full consent.
You can request that any shared progress be blurred, cropped, or remain anonymous.
You are under no obligation to share any personal images.6. Communication & SupportAll communication is done via direct message (Instagram, Whatsapp, or Messenger depending on client preference).
You are welcome to reach out anytime with questions about your plan, form, gym tips, progression, etc.
Response times are typically within 24–48 hours, Monday–Friday.7. Refund PolicyDue to the personalized nature of each service, all purchases are non-refundable.
If there's an issue with your plan, please reach out — client satisfaction is important, and I’m always happy to help resolve concerns where possible.
